Repair services
SIA "Sadzīves tehnikas remonts SATER" provides repair services for consumer electronics, household appliances, power tools, and industrial equipment. All work is carried out by qualified technicians with a written warranty.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics are free of charge when the device is left for repair. If you decline the repair after diagnostics have been completed, a diagnostic fee of €10 or more may apply, depending on the complexity of the fault assessment.
Pricing
A fixed repair quote is provided before any work begins. No additional costs are charged without your prior approval. Prices include VAT.
Warranty
All completed repairs carry a written warranty of 6–12 months, depending on the type of repair. The warranty covers the work performed and any replacement parts fitted. It does not cover faults arising from physical damage, liquid ingress, or misuse after the repair.
Device collection
Devices must be collected within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete. After this period, a storage fee may apply. Uncollected devices will be disposed of after 6 months.
Liability
SATER is not liable for faults that arise after the warranty period has expired, or for damage caused by improper use following repair. The maximum liability in all cases is limited to the value of the repair.
